People who use Citymapper need a seamless way to purchase tickets for multiple modes of transportation. User feedback is encouraged and they have a clear message to create better, easier-to-get-around, sustainable cities.įor this challenge, I will be implementing the design thinking approach to come up with ways to solve a common user issue. It gives fresh information compared to Google Maps like wheelchair accessible options and calories burned if I decided to walk or cycle. It gave me categorized transport options, the time it took for each option, and costs where available. As I was exploring the app, I decided to navigate from Muji on 5th Ave in New York to the Muji in Willamsburg. What started with only London and New York, their list of cities has grown to 58. As the name implies, it only operates in their set list of cities and doesn’t allow for city-to-city travel directions.
